I hereby certify that the above listed facility does not store any substances regulated under the City of Fairfield’s Source Water Protection Program Ordinance (Chapter 1192, Section 1192.10) in quantities exceeding one-thousand (1,000) gallons aggregate for liquid materials, or eight thousand (8,000) pounds aggregate for dry weights. I also understand that if the facility increases on site bulk storage of any Regulated Substance listed in Section 1192.10(a) of Chapter 1192 to quantities exceeding the 1,000 gallon/8,000 pound quantity thresholds, or increases storage of Regulated Substances pre-packaged for consumer purchase to quantities of 1,000 gallons or more the facility may become subject to regulation under the SWPP. *That determination must be made by the facility operator.
